I tried to get a much better picture of the work I put into the cockpit, but getting a good angle on that with a bulky camera and poor lighting isn't terribly easy...I want to take this Zoid outside with some others for some action shots when the weather permits, when I do, I should be able to get a better shot of the cockpit.

Throughout the course of the anime, there were a fair few alternate/additional weapons mounted on Ligers? My favourite being the massive beam cannons they stuck on Van's Shield Liger.
But that's all this Blade Liger kit came with. Standard blades, chest mounted cannons and the additional booster units?

Never realized how good the Mirage Blade looked. Kinda puts my custom painted Blade Liger and Leon Blade liger to shame.

That was pretty much my reaction when I opened up the box. Despite my best attempts, none of the photos I've taken show off the white armour all that well. The plastic isn't pure white like Liger Zero, but actually has this really nice pearly glitter effect going on.
Hey that Blade Liger still rocks and the Leon Bladey is pretty awesome too!
Getting a red Bladey is tempting, but I'm not in any hurry to assemble another one >_<

As much as the Blade Ligers are tedious to assemble once you've built one, building another is a lot easier and faster because you kind of remember how the first one was put together even though you're still looking at the instructions. It was the same with my shield liger since the models share the same body.
