It is really interesting to see someone process on the creation exercise , it is quite inspiring ! Does it take long to create a character or is it alot of idea storming ?

For me, it takes a lot, However, for this project, I'm applying something a friend is teaching me, about 'first think what message you want to communicate, then create the concept'. Sometimes I focus too much on the easthetics of the story instead of the message, so this time I'm doing the contrary. With this method, my ideas are more clear at the time of creating a character. Instead of being a 'complete character', the character will be an 'idea', a 'premise'. This character represents the idea of duality, and with that concept, it was faster to create her characteristics. However, she's suposed to be 10 years or so, so it was a challenge a lot of sketches to have the final design (these here I'm showing are just a part of all the previous concept artwork).
