Hey I was playing the game and was close to beating it, the game itself is really good, I haven't unlocked the secret charaters yet but I feel the game is already perfect. The idea I had for the charaters wouldn't really help me change the game so yeah.......... But I do have a question, why does dynamic man cuss?

Sorry, I didn't understood your question, don't know that "cuss" means.

He's asking why does Dynamic Man swear, or use strong language? Ya know, use curse words.

Yeah, I found later, didn't knew or found a good translation for "cuss". I'm not native english speaker, you know

But the answer is: for me and my friend that made the text, it was not a bad language. Let me explain, with an example:
Some words, have different "weight" depending on the local culture, so, for us brazilians, it was nothing bad. I had a discussion with an american once, and he was angry, because I was telling him that, for me, backpedal, was a slang. This is liked because in portuguese, it is not a single word, but a whole expression "pedalar para trás" or "dar para trás", that is considered here, yes, an slang. He could simply not accept that and was furious, it was frustating.

I don't see why anyone would get angry at you for telling them something about your own culture.
That's actually pretty neat. But, you do know that there was NO WAY Capcom would allow any curse words in Mega Man.
They probably wouldn't allow curse words in any game back in the NES era. I think one game had the world "hell" but that's about it.
Brazil, America, Japan, anywhere... no curse language at all back then. Even now, I don't think any new Mega Man games would have language.

In Japan, those restrictions didn't happen for the Famicom games. There are games with blood, curses, nudity and more

I'm pretty sure there was SOME restraint, probably not as much as the NES-conversion titles; but Japan is more lax about those kinds of things.
Still though, I'm sure there wasn't too much cursing; you probably wouldn't see any f-bombs. I do know a lot of JRPGs had some blood in them.
Nudity, I don't know if that's all that true. Maybe more sexual themes, but I don't think I know of any nudity in Famicom games; aside from a few bootlegs.
Again though, that's not to say there wasn't any, but still, even Japan has it's censors back then. Probably not as much now though.

No, Nintendo of Japan did not impose restrictions at all. You could actuallly sell unlicensed games there, as the famicom did not had a lock-chip. Even officially licensed games could have even different sizes and colors for the carts. The only restrictions is not showing genitals, but that is due to a law in Japan, not related to Nintendo or games.

Nudity: www.youtube.com/watch?v=3DFYaP…
More smaller examples here: www.11points.com/Games/11_Best…

Cursing:

There are several examples of violence/blood also.
Those are officially licensed games. Believe me, Nintendo of Japan did not impose any censorship at all
