I'm pretty sure what most of anthros, who live in huge galactic Confederation, including thousands of planets, have homo sapiens plushies)) 'Cause anthros love humans very much, humans are like their creators and elder brothers, also they are very rare) Therefore, humans are awesome for them!
But what about anthro people livng on this single poor planet, where this kitty girl from (as well as Rb, btw), humans are their enemies here. So it's hard to suppose they could have such toys.

I want them too!! They strongly remind me my own toys from childhood, one crafting woman, friend of our family, presented me her creations, different animals like this every birthday, they were awesome)

Yes, some of them are still in the boxes at our upper storage shelf! Through, it's hard to get them from here but I keep 'em
I must admit there wasn't any cats, but I remember frogs, hedgehogs, pig, and even ostrich, I loved them very much!
