Nurse Redheart is my favorite background character, so I modified a Plumsweet brushable after her to get back into pony customizing (I'm a bit rusty).She was rehaired in DollyHair Tea Rose and Pussycat. Her eyes and symbols were painted with acrylics, then sealed with Mod Podge. Her hair is styled with a clear elastic, and her little hat is hand-sewn.
Her head still turns!
