I love the way you render the abdomens in your artworks. The mood seems a bit misunderstood on my end; It appears to be in deep pain and , in a way, alone, the spikes give me a sense of wanting to keep distance but the embracing of the whole body along with the faded , almost "half dead colors" with the hints of green, indicate a wanting for comfort and company. Β But then I gave it a deeper look, and to me, for some reason, it appears like the figure is trying to not let a laugh out... Β the bright colors on the left side of the picture gives a very light and vibrant environment. The figure is still appears to be attempting to hide, but in this other view, appears like its hiding a laugh. Idk, sorry to bother you with this long comment lol, but i`d love to know your intended mood/message for the piece, if you have time of course.Β

Hello, and thank you so much for the kind words! You're spot on with how you read most of the piece... except the part where the figure (I call them cauliflowers, these creatures) is holding in a laugh... it's more of a cry-so-hard-you-laugh. It's very odd, speaking about it, so I'm sure I'm not doing a great job explaining the state, but she's cradling herself while at the same time wiping the tears away. I'm super glad I was able to convey the mood - comments like yours make me feel a bit more hopeful about my art. Thank you

Your art is awesome, I love these cauliflowersπππ there's so much art out there of the same things that it's sort of getting a bit boring. Your art conveys deep thoughtful messages. Hopefully your cauliflower mood blooms π...I'm not sure if cauliflowers bloom but I'm sure you know what I mean. Thank you for this amazing pieceπ
