I know this is adorable and cute and all, but really.
All I can think about is how awkward it would be to do some things with three fingers.
Like use scissors.
Or play an instrument.
Or video games.
Or catch bugs without killing them.
Or point without giving the finger(I'm looking at you navigator from HinterXHunter)

Using scissors wouldn't be difficult, you only use two or three fingers for that.

Video games would be harder tl play on keyboard but not on a controller or a pad

Technically the difference between pointing and showing the middle finger is the position of your hand so that would work ..
