great textures and shapes, and a nice range of tones too! the fact that its in B & W gives it an aged feel, which i dont think you would have managed with colour.

I wa a bit worried at the lack of white. It *possibly* could have done with more contrast, but with the heavy blacks I think I would have lost tone by adding white to the greys. You're right too, colour is a dimension that I'm not quite ready to take on yet. Unless you can control colour, it's often difficult to achieve the desired atmosphere, so I just don't bother with it. Not yet anyway.
