The lighting is great, working with how she's holding her head, as if she just turned away from a window to look at the viewer. Also love her expression - sorta sad, but also angered imho, with a layer of strength shining through the sadness. The very lively/lifelike face again works great with the lighting, and the cold, blue background shades, creating a feeling of distance, eg. of her being distant. The spots on her skin add to this livelyhood, preventing her from being too perfect, making her look real.
It's a great composition of elements, and creates an intense, moody air

Seriously, this one impressed me immensely. Besides from being remarkably well crafted, I like art which invites the audience to guess at a person's background, immerse oneself into a mood etc., eg. which is not just something to look at, but, so to speak, makes you interact (if I make sense). So it'y my pleasure, I guess

I'd say she looks a bit pale even in this light, almost as if she has a green tint to her skin. The hair looks a bit flat, and perhaps the left eye (her right) is a bit low in placement? Other than that, looks good
