Beautiful, I've looked through your gallery and this is for sure one of your best ! You should do more fantasy/imaginative stuff, it seems to suit you
The colour scheme is beautiful and really conveys the illusion of being underwater. I love how you simply suggested the hair by a couple of broad brush strokes, this way it doesn't distract the viewer from the face, which is the main focal point. Moreover things are rather blurry underwater. For the same reason I'm not that fan of the scale texture in the bottom, I think it is too crisp and detailed compared to the rest of the piece.

First of all, gorgeous work! This artwork instantly drew my attention with the mysterious expression and sort of mystical colors.
I think that one of the things you could possibly improve on here are the details. The scales and the bubbles are more highly detailed while the skin is moderately detailed and the hair is very loosely detailed. I think most artists follow the idea of making objects that are closer to the foreground more detailed while those further behind are less detailed. I think that could work here, but it could also work to perhaps include some more detail in the hair so that it doesn't seem oddly less detailed than everything else in the image. I love how the hair floats off and blends into the background, but I think some of the strands closest to her head should be a bit more detailed to keep consistency with the rest of the artwork.
Aside from that, I can't really think of much.
