I made up Moves if Rosalina were to be in A Super Smash Bros. Game,I got inspired when I saw 's texture hack on Peach to Rosalina....I found the website at [link]
Well,I hope you like it BECAUSE IT TOOK ME 2 HOURS
Star Field-Rosalina makes a force fireld that protects her and deflects projectiles
Star Spin-Rosalina spins and a luma comes from behind her,she can't spin again until the luma withdraws back in 5 seconds
Teleport-Rosalina shines a light and disappears and you can tilt the control stick to send make her reappear in that direction,it is the same lengths as Zelda's Farore's Wind,when she reappears,she is outlined with light for a split second and anyone who is next to her will get shocked
Static Magic-Rosalina waves her wand and magic seep out and stuns the opponent
Star Festival-Rosalina is surrounded with teal-colored stars and then Lumas,Star Bits, and Grand Stars fall like rain.
Lumas do 10% and restore Rosalina's health by 20% when hit
Star Bits do 30% and restores Rosalina's health by 30% when hit
Grand Stars do 100% damage and fully restores Rosalina's health and if she has no damage and gets hit by a Grand Star she gets invincibility
Rosalina belongs to Nintendo

I think Rosalina would be using these moves in case there's Super Smash Sisters.
Standard Move: Star Field(Deflects both physical and projectile attacks)
Side Move: Gulp(Which makes her swallow her opponent whole)
Up Move: Launch Star(High jumping Ability)
Down Move: Star Wave(Same efect as Donkey Kong's Down Move)
Final Smash: Magical Starstorm(Similar to Lucas' Final Smash that can heal Rosalina completely while damaging her opponents)

Special- star beam
Side Special- luma attack
Up Special- Fly
Down Special- forcefield
Final Smash- star storm(like ness and lucus's)
