Description
I wanted to draw something with a big sword and armor so that I could practice shading metal, and this fellow seemed to volunteer to pose for me. I don't know why, but this is probably my personal favorite out of all the colored pencil drawings I've done. Perhaps because he's buckskin, one of my favorite horse colors... I don't know.

Colored with Prismacolor pencils, then scanned and cropped in MS Paint. (which sort of ate the colors... the inside of his ears should be a light pink, and his face got a bit bleached out, as did his lifted hoof...) Lord, grant me patience and Photoshop...
