I have to say, I'm actually kind of proud of this one. It was all free hand, no references (so if anatomy looks wonky, that would be why, lol) I worked on a smaller canvas and actually liked it better, I could get the fur to work better. Oh, the fur. some parts worked, some didn't. When I had to do the highlights (b/c I messed up the light source when colouring it) I screwed some of the fur up but MEH, it is done IMO.art (c) NRobinson

um, nothing special, though I don't remember specifically b/c I'm always changing my fur technique! I think I did this more with colours, so with a darker colour you kinda outline the pattern and direction of fur, then with a lighter colour that your base, add the highlights. I hope that helps, if you search DA for fur tutorials, you'll probably fun some very useful ones!!

Yeah, suprisingly none of them worked out quite well. I took what worked best with the few good ones and it developed into what i use now. (please check my gallery) But I can't get it realistic. I'll try what you said

oh wow! I love this! For a free hand, the perspective is quite amazing! I love how the legs in the back just shribble up right before my eyes! And then the face just jumps at me like it is going to get me! So awesome!

Oh that is so cool, I love the moonlight-highlghts. The rear legs are awesome too, only thing that looks off to me would be the canines, the way they go off to the side like scythes. Like the glow from the eyes too.
