Description
A bit of a quick request image, this shaded sketch-type pic was done for fellow artist . A few years back he did an interesting/nice small series with my amazon OC Aello in a duel with his namesake OC.The daughter of said OC is the fanart persented here: the ('demigoddess', I believe) girl on the left named Aria, shown here standing at the ready with Aello (been awhile since I've drawn her, eh?). Both girls are brandishing weapons. Aria is in what is called her 'Guardian' outfit.
A minor apology to Xeranad in that I shaded Aria's hair too darkly to be accurate. She's meant to have white hair and white irises and I went a little overboard, sorry again. <:

Very good sketch pic here. The poses and expressions do a good job of seperating the characters into their own distinct look. The outfits are really well done with the folds of the clothing looking top notch with really good detail and the fact they're showing off healthy amounts of midriff certainly doesn't hurt.

Yeah, I was trying to make Aria look 'serious' while Aello is a bit 'smug'. ^^
As for the midriff, heh, that's all design in both cases. I can't take credit for the sword though, that was Xerenad's design (I actually had to fix it in a previous version). I do agree on Aria's hand, it's somewhat supposed to be pulled backward a little (perspective?) but I probably compensated too much.

Very cool. Aria and Aello make a definite cool pair. I especially love that cute smile Aello has, not to mention that sort-of peace sign as well.
