April ChallengeAfter the great introduction by Ptero-Pterodactylus it is now known that inkblot-splatter will be issuing a monthly challenge. These challenges are for those among us that love ink and well...drawing, painting and traditional art in a general sense. Basically follow the guidelines set out below. We might all learn something by doing these challenges but most of all have fun. The rules are as follows:*Any media is allowed as long as the majority of your piece is done in ink.*You must tag your piece with the name ”inkblot_splatter_challenge”*Lastly post your piece in the folder indicated for the challange THE FIRST CHALLENGE: Draw a pair of shoes or boots from life! I know that I myself struggle to draw from life preferring to draw from photographs. But it wouldn't be a challenge if it didn't put us outside of our comfort zones!To everyone out there taking part, Good luck!Below is a drawing by France Belleville van Stene, for a bit of inspiration, you can check out his tumblr below if you would like.,,,...

Challange was:

Draw a pair of shoes or boots from life!

Ok it is not a pair, but I took the artists freedem to draw only one shoe.

For this I borought a shoe from my wife and drawn it from life using white ink and a fountain pen on purple paper.

No wash, no other materials just plain ink.
