Maybe to his enemies, but Grievous was worshiped as a god by his people, the Kaleesh, even after he became a cyborg.

He became a mass murderer after Dooku made him a cyborg and tampered with his brain. He was a heroic savior for his people with a great sence of honor and a firm belief in what his people thought sacred. He freed his people from the Huk invaders and it was for the love for his wives and chidren that he accepted to be turned into a cyborg without knowing that Dooku would alter his brain and turn him into an honorless cold blooded killer.

Indeed! There are many characters in Star Wars such as Grievous,Durge and Ventress who have awesome stories but are mainly seen in black and white by many people.

Yes, exactly! I'm not too familiar with Durge's story, and I'm not entirely sure what of Ventress's is canon, real Star Wars and what is the new and quite often RIDICULOUS The Clone Wars stuff.

I know what you mean since Clone Wars has altered some things big time! I like CW but there sre some thinks that though they may look cool on tv they go crazy beyond theStar Wars mythos. The episodes with the Father-Brother-Sister were really beyond anything Star Wars! Seeing them transform into a giant gryphon/bat was way crazy! I loved how beautiful the Sister looked but I think those episodes defied everything we know about the Force. The thing about CW though is that wether we like it or not it is approved by Lucas as canon so now we have giant force transforming beings, Dath Maul alive and Sy Snootles as a badass bounty hunter!!!

I know. And I think there was even a Jedi on the Jedi Council who died in Episode III. The chronology is horrible. For example; that cough of Grievous's. He gets it from Mace Windu about a day or even a few hours prior to the beginning of Revenge of the Sith, as Windu crushes his chest with the Force as he's escaping with Palpatine. There's no time for three years in between the two. >< And the Force-wielders did baffle me. The concept was cool, but...it kinda seem a little out there, even for the galaxy far, far away.

Ha Ha the Zero/Snootles thing was kind of creepy! Hutt infatuation is a real creepy thing if you ask me cause they tend to like females from other species that are way smaller then them and the only way you could ever sort out that kind of relationship is in hentai! Grievous is a character that they have really messed up. I loved him in the CW cartoon but he is a real loser here in the CG series. It really sadenss me cause he is such an awesome concept but they have really hurt him. Grievous is supposed to be feared by Jedi and a tactical genious but every single time he has appered he has lost! He has not had a single victory using his tactics and all he's done worthwile is kill Kit Fisto's padawan. I wonder if Lucas decided that the CW cartoon series is not canon cause the cartoon Grievous would decimate the CG one in a heartbeat and if it is canon then how do they explain his loss of fighting prows?
