Description Ripplerap
(Aqualiraptor sanguisii)
WATER/DRAGON
Evolution: Evolves from Eevee + Water Stone + Dragon Scale + Razor Claw

Picture yourself out on the beach on a mild summer's day. While walking, you come across what looks to be a large hole in the sand about three to four feet deep. Holes like this are commonly dug up by beachgoers, but this one stands out for having various colorful or shiny items surrounding it. Beach towels, umbrellas, surfboards, Beach balls, coolers, jewelry, food, coins, etc. all in an intricate pile surrounding the pit. You, my friend, have just stumbled upon a Ripplerap nest and it's time to get out of there!

Rippleraps are a cunning and versatile eeveelution belonging to the Reptovap Clan suborder. Among all these prehistoric-looking Vaporeon relatives, the Ripplerap is widely considered to be the most dangerous due to its predatory status, oddly effective dexterity and misfortunate encounters with humans. However, humans often make this water-type out to be much worse than it really is. They are not vicious monsters out for blood and are simply just Pokemon living their lives, playing an important role in their ecosystems.

These eeveelutions have a wide range across the Pacific and Atlantic oceans, often seen in bays and coastlines, though some individuals have been recorded traveling further inland into swamps and forests. Rippleraps are a sexually dimorphic eeveelution species, though to the naked eye, the differences between both genders are quite subtle. Females are slightly larger than males and live alone, whereas males live in groups called coalitions consisting of three to four individuals, who are often brothers. This social behavior is an analogue to that of cheetahs. In terms of nest building, Ripperaps seem to be very eccentric and are attracted to shiny or colorful objects to adorn the perimeters of their nests with, often stealing them from unsuspecting humans much to their dismay.

The Ripplerap's prey is a medley of terrestrial and aquatic creatures, such as fish, crabs, cephalopods, birds, sea lions, Pokémon of just about any size and on rare occasions, humans. Attacks on humans are becoming less frequent however, with frequent signs being put up and people being taught survival tactics in wild encounters with these intimidating eeveelutions. When under ownership of a trainer however, Rippleraps make for very loyal and noble companions, with some individuals being trained by lifeguards to rescue people from drowning!
