She snuggles down into his pelt so warm and soft. Her slow and rhythmic breathing sooths the diayoukai, steadily drifting him off to sleep under the light of the stars.

There are some things that I’m not very happy with but all things considered it’s not too shabby. Oh, and NO he isn't wearing his armor in this. I wanted it to be more relaxed and comfortable.
I was listening to Hushaby Mountain [link] while drawing Playmates (with Rin and Shippo [link] ) and this image immediately came to mind. Plus the fact that I'm on the verge of drifting off myself kinda added to getting this done before I lost the thought

I used a No. 2 mechanical and regular pencil and a little charcoal for the sky. I enhanced the shadows and highlights and fixed a couple proportions on Photoshop
