One aspect I like about this drawing are the soft, cooling colors. It creates a nice, relaxing atmosphere, and makes me tranquil. Nightmare Moon also has a nice three-dimensional shape. In terms of criticisms, you could crop the right side of the drawing more so that there would less room. Also, I feel like there could be a more haunting feeling with this picture. As much as I like the coloring, there could be more of a fright coming out of this Nightmare Moon piece. Finally, there could be some emotion projected on the pony's face. I want to see her look evil, or angry, or have some kind of menacing look so that I can fear for my life. Surely, there are enough good elements here, but I feel it could capture Nightmare Moon's overall character more. I don't want to just feel at ease. Still, I encourage you to keep up the great work, PucksterV!
