Finished version of that sketch I posted in scraps a while ago. This is Fayonnuléah, Fay for short, a character I've been developing. She's an Yrrhan, a race of small elf/animal (specifically mammal) hybrid. Yrrhan don't grow past 12" tall, Fay, since she's still very young (4 and a half when she meets Estrel, 5 when the two of them first run into Enna), measures 10". She pretty much acts her age and speaks in short, simple sentences, often referring to herself or the person she's talking to in the third person (pretty much like Chi from Chobits, yes ) I'll be putting up more info about Fay and Yrrhan in general later, since I don't feel like writing a whole lot right now. Fay's hair (and part of her behaviour) is based on (the face colors of) my doggie, her pigtails are supposed to resemble long, floppy dog ears^^

On a sidenote: now I remember why I usually don't draw elaborate backgrounds. It took me freaking forever to finish (total picture took at least 15 hours to ink and color). Media: colored pencils and fineliner pens.
