Description A little comic strip inspired after reading The Avengers: The Movie Storybook. This was the exchange between Cap and Loki outside the museum before their first fight.. and I like it so much more than the actual lines said in the film.

No... Loki says "The solider out of time." and Steve ever so classy comeback "You're the one who is out of time."
Kind of lame. This text is so much better

Thanks for the heads up! You are right, that would have been interesting to see in the movie.

Two of my favorite characters facing off! Such a tense scene (for me it was anyways ). Really loving those last two panels you created. The steely determination of Captain America and the mischievous smile of the overly confident Loki.

P.S. I must find this movie storybook and read it. I'm curious about how much dialogue has been added/changed for it. Yet another item to add to my growing Amazon shopping cart.

Thanks for the fav! As a heads up the movie storybook doesn't tell the whole film, just the back story and then stops once everyone is on the helicarrier.

But I read that line and thought this was so much better than what they said in the film. Almost as if Loki is seizing Steve up to be a possible ally... I figured he planned to turn the Avengers against each other just so he could then turn some to the 'dark side' like Hawkeye to help him with world conquest.

Now that would have been awesome to see.
