This is a picture I snapped of my cousins' kitten. He was so playful and adorable, I couldn't help but take some shots of him. The original colour image was made monochromatic by use of the Saturation/Hue tool in Photoshop.Full & Colour Version

I agree, I love the way the sun was shining at that time. It was sunset, so it was really low and it reflected perfectly off his fur.

As someone already said, I really dig the focus on the cat. With the back all fuzzy it adds a lot of visual depth. The frisky cat is cute to boot. reminds me of my cat when she was young. [wishes he had a camera back then]

Okay, So, what i like is the light which comes from behind, the reflexions of the eye are really nice too. I'm a big fan of bw photography

i love the depth of field, the clarity and crispness of the kitty's face, and of course, the cat itself! lol its very cute! i cant think of one single thing that i dislike about this photo, good job!

I love the expression on the cat's face - it's so sweetly and innocently adorable.

I love how the kittens face is perfectly in focus, and the background is totally blurred. IMO the black and white suits this picture really well..
but, simply... i love it!
