The best thing I like about your portraits is that they leave the sensation of spontaneity. And so does this one.
You have very well chosen the model, she's outstanding and original. The whole context, the snowflakes, give the photo a warming sensation, a sensation of familiar. The placement of the model not in the middle of the photo, but a bit on the right, adds to the originality.
As for the weak points, maybe you could havev retouched her face a bit, but after all, natural is the new photoshop...Maybe a little more expression on the model's face would have turned the picture into something more dynamic.
