Been a while since I entered this contest.For 's Draw me a Pokemon contest. Since I've been practicing this painting style and trying to incorporate a backround into my pictures recently I thought it was a good idea to try to enter again ;3
Specially since this is a Pokemon I don't really draw much. Bit of an awkward anatomy.
IF I WON
I would choose Wooper.
