Theme 65 - HorrorChista and her power.
Horror is an emotion I regard as a mix between fear and anger; as a result, Chista's power is reacting to someone's horror by summoning her fire AND her ice. The poor little girl is terrified out of her mind by this development, especially since one moment someone (probably Raya or Ilya at work, talking with neglectful parents) was talking, and suddenly the power burst out of her.
She'll be okay. She's just shaken. <3
