Gosh I know this is slightly late....
but I've found time today so here it finally is!

So yeah, a few weeks ago, one of my favourite YouTube artists GinjaNinjaOwO (aka ) collaborated with another fav youtuber of mine (Emirichu) in a redraw speedpaint vid based off manga pages for the Tokyo Mew Mew manga. (Which is actually kinda weird since TMM was my first toe dip into Japanese manga before I discovered +Anima)
and during the video, Ninja talked about her fanseries based on the manga she called "DNA" where she based a lot of the main characters off herself and her friends and even showed the old art she made for it, so when she showed off one of the redesigns for the villain Neko, I INSTANTLY LIKED IT AND WANTED TO DRAW IT
SINCE I HAVE A THING FOR CATS
AND JESTERS
AND VILLAINS
AND MAGICAL GIRLS

I liked how she came out since I only had one MS Paint image to look at for reference! Plus I feel like my cartoony style works well for her design and the colours but idk.

And yeah, I prefer the redesign since I like the bright purples, greens and pinks more compared to the huge amount of browns the original design used....
