Amazing wardrobe and embroidery. It is quite intricately detailed with every little part coming together and doesn't feel cluttered. It's also traditionally drawn as well! Great job! With traditional, you made use of some really great shading and lighting effects. Particularly, the quite shiny cupcake and metallic objects such as the gear in the front.
You placed her in a quite interesting backdrop too. I like the use of physics with the sprinkles as they fall towards the uh... cream? The watch physics are also nice and feels authentic!
The pose choice and the lollipop cane staff thingy is also well executed together. I really do think you have a chance at getting a place in the winners.
