Description
The entire name wouldn't fit...This is the second of my fan-art pieces, this one about Embodiment of Scarlet Devil. Here we have the girls of the mansion having tea in the library.
I do not own touhou in anyway, it belongs to ZUN.

Why wouldn't i comment positively when you drew Remilia Scarlet(My favourite character, and my part-time obsession) so well! XD Do you draw it on the computer or do you draw it on a paper sheet, scan it and then colour it?

Oh, I draw the lines by hand in a sketch pad, scan it, and then trace the lines and color the picture on Photoshop.

Ah. But how do you add the hair effects(The shines) on PS?? What tool?

That's a little complicated. I brush a line through the character's hair with the soft brush, and then put a Gaussian Blur filter on top of it. That's Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur.
