Inspired by a random AMV I saw with a similar name.Went ahead and experimented somewhat by using thicker line-art than usual :T
I know I'm WAAAY too late to come up with fanart for this show, but I still like it :T At least enough for me to get a sudden craving to draw something for it after seeing old clips again :U

Hee. Yes, in fact, it is quite simply too cold to snow much in Antarctica. It's actually the world's largest desert. I think you get a little snow forming spontaneously in the air or something, but not clouds. I'd have to check the details.
It does add atmosphere to the picture, though!

Wow, this came unexpected, but it's really beautiful!
The colours of the background are so cold, but the characters seem to beem off some sort of warmth, even though the characters have some colours of their own that could be considered cold... if you get what I mean?
