I did a small serie of watercolour scenery Layton fanart, with existing places and landscapes as reference. This picture is based on this place: [link] , nothing less but an actual view from one of the streets of Venice. I thought Venice and Descole were so fitting together. I mean, the guy was practically born there, with that mask and hat and all. I also changed the bridge, bacause it wasn't typically Venice enough, and it was too far away, otherwise Descole would 've been reaaaally small in the picture.

Descole is very well fit for Venice

Your "vacation memories" serie is fantastic ! Every one of it. There's such a quiet atmosphere in these paintings, it's wonderful. Feels like holiday
