He ended up looking a lot like glory so I guess we're going with the HC that he may have sired her egg or is at least a close relative of hers ooph

Anyways, adding to what I explained in his original image, Kapok has a necrotic leg. This was caused by Sandwing venom, which Morrowseer used to threaten him (by having one strike his leg,) he got the antidote for it, but on the condition that he would back out of the Talons of Peace and flee. If Kapok agreed to the condition but stayed anyways, Morrowseer would probably have killed him. While the venom stopped before it could reach any significant organs, by the time he was able to take the antidote, it had pretty much stopped all feeling in his right leg, and eventually it started to rot. He cannot use it anymore.

It should be known that he was still among those captured and held hostage by nightwings in the volcano. Though he escaped, its safe to say Kapok is very shaken by his life experiences. With it being common for rainwings not to raise their own offspring, Kapok was not impacted by the loss of one of his eggs nor knows for certain that Glory is one of his daughters. Dad or not, he'd certainly be marked a coward for abandoning the Talons of Peace.
