Nah, more like master of weapons. His chair is his own portable weapons machine, concealed in a business-like disguise, much like himself. By day he's the CEO of Chariot Corp., but by night he's a vicious crime boss.

The chair! It's an independent flying apparatus with its own weapons, and if Chair Man ever gets off the chair he has his own gun which can lead to double attacks.
