if someone uses this axe against someone they hate, it will erase the victim from existence

if pyro uses it, since he sees in pyrovision and thinks what he does spread happiness and that's what his intention, the axe won't actually do any harm, but instead, when struck to anything, it will turn into its pyroland version, so if pyro, for example, hits a scout with it, scout will turn into a baby

for example: if CBS uses this axe, any victim that has been damaged with it, will bloom like a flower, making the victim inside out, while blood and guts gush out of the body because CBS is fond of ripping them guts out, the effect of the axe does it for him

basically it doesnt just plainly harm or kill, but it adds a twist to it or even make things worse tho that's just its secondary function, the primary use for it lies with the original wielder of the Gaper
