Hmn some recent Sekai no Kokoro stuff. Aki said I should post it. Sephiroth and Lucrecia. (he really does look like his mom, huh)I'm disappointed that his figure turned out so girly...ah well. Diffuse glow.

Yeah, I agree with the look-alike. (I read it somewhere that sons are most looked like ther moms and daughters are most looked like their fathers. For me, I'm my father's look-alike).

Lucrecia was in love with Vincent, but she ended up with Hojo because she blamed herself for the death of Vincent's father and couldn't bear being with him, apparently. So she's Sephiroth's biological mother.

So sweet! And Sephiroth does not look too girly for a bishounen. He's one of those characters that is so beautiful and masculine at the same time that he can pull off either look, really. Viva la Sephy.
And wow, I have totally already come across your doujin sketches on LJ and I think I sent you a note asking about it (RavenDoveV). Or I meant to. But this is good that I've found you on DA, because I don't use LJ. The internetz is such a small place sometimes.
So did you ever finish it?

As for my doujin, if you mean Sekai no Kokoro, we do intend to continue it, but busy times have kept it on hold for a while. x.x the people on DA will be the first to know when we start up again.

This reminds me of how annoyed I was that the Sephiroth at Anime Iowa paid no attention to me when I was Lucrecia, and wouldn't even play along with me.
Maybe this is one of those disadvantages of walking around with a big pink con badge that says "MINOR."

Yeah, they've got like, 3 tiers of badges at Anime Iowa, the pink one that says MINOR, the yellow one that's like, pre-registered adults, or it might be 18-21, I'm not sure, and there's a green one that says ADULT.
I'm not really sure how I feel about it. It's nice to know who's your age, and who's creepishly older than you, and it's nice when people walk over to you, intend to say something annoying, and then look at your badge and walk away. But when people won't even talk to you because of it, it's awkward.
Dude, guys, I'm 17. I'm not some child that you'll corrupt. I just don't get to move up a level until April. >_>

Hm, how so? I find her to be a pretty interesting character. She's young and enthusiastic about her work, but she makes some serious mistakes and gets brought down by her incredible guilt. I think she's rather tragic, not really a Mary Sue...

I think a lot of people get annoyed at Lucrecia because...she apologizes all the time? XD That was my impression. But if you look deeper than that, she is pretty interesting and believable.
