Well, I debated putting this under 'anime' art, since it's pretty much anime styled (well at least little Lessa is, and that's what I usually draw), but I decided to put it under 'fantasy' because the Dragonriders of Pern series is not going to be as well known to fans of anime is it is fans of fantasy. So, uhm, yeah. I really do like the way I drew Ramoth here, I think she's lookin' purdy, but Lessa looks more or less like crap. I s'pose I still like the picture tho. *mumble*7/20/02

on various websites I go on, I go by the name Ramoth so obviously I LOVE HER!!! This very good but I seriously think the anime ruined the picture. I agree to the fact that they don't have horns and I just down't think the eyes are quite right. Well done!

Good but a couple complaints Ramoths eye color depends on her emotions so she is angry, suprised, and relaxed at the same time, Pernese dragons don't have ears they use head knobs to pick up on sound, and lessa has brown hair. But It is very well drawn.

Lessa looks actually cool in here, not at all crappy! And you did a nice job on ramoth, though I don't think she had horns and ears...but that doesn't matter, it's still a good pic. I like her eyes

ummm........Ramoth is a weyr. She doesnt have those scale thingies on her head and no horns or ears. Also the straps of the "saddle" go around the neck area not the back like a horse.
sry for the critisisim but i think that needed to be pointed out 4 pern ppl.

Breath taking picture. I love the comprison of size between the dragon and the girl. I absolutely love the Dragon's eyes as well. Awesome pic, keep it up
