Hahahaha... I remember that first season... Brock's mom "died"... that's why he takes care of his siblings all alone when his father went to train to become a pokemon master... BUT what REALLY happened was BOTH parents left to train... but 4kids thought that was too inappropriate, so now his mom is dead... which raised tons MORE confusion when during Pokemon Chronicles, the episode when Brock returns to Pewter for a bit, he discovers that the rock gym has become girly-fied and is now a water gym! Why? Because Brock's mom came back.
She's a zombie.
