Gosh I adore that coloring on the desert!
But then again, I always have a thing for desert creatures....

I too love sand-colored things. They just look so soft.

I feel that the perspective on the horns in the headshot are a little askew. But aside from that it's great C: it feels that the horn closest to us is leaning into the center of the head as it goes up, more than the one furthest from us which is going away from the center of the head.

I had to make my own cake!
I didn't order it. I just took one from my friend out of curiosity XD. Nah, I had duck (delicious) and Foie Gras with white wine jelly and some sort of sweet, crunchy bread.

I love it, but the snout looks a little to small (maybe it's just me).

Too small? How do you mean? Is is too short or too narrow, or what?

Im not sure... mmm really i would like it more (just cause it's my preference and maybe not your own) If the snout came to a higher point at the front or was like your deviant profile pic and just went straight from brow to end of nose other. In the bigger sketch of the wing and body there is no well defined snout and thats what i think it should look like. Do you see what i mean? I really love it either way though.

Iβm not really good at official Critiques, but I would like to say this at least. Dragons, as an art, are very hard to make look bad, and even those are often considered a parody or comedic. But if approached as more of a science, very few are able to master this aspect of Dragons. You are one of them. Iβve always liked the attention you pay to the details of the physical structure of living, moving creatures. This Dragon shows that skill of detail very well. Certain key areas Iβd like to point out are being the strength in the lower jaw correlated to a larger zygomatic bone (cheek bone); the large upper body and forelimbs for the mass of flight muscles needed, A ruder type system at the base of the tail to help in flight, and the attention to the large volume area of membrane between the fifth digit and the body (where a lot of βfancyβ dragons I know focus on longer digits and more membrane between them then cutting the membrane back to the elbow or shoulder which wouldnβt help much in flight stability). No idea if you intended all this but it looks awesome and believable. Though of course this is all in theory ignoring the physics of larger animals = heavier weight = complexities in wing design and sizes for reality. Probably the only negative thing I could add is the neck. I see it is more reptilian in design and looks great for that, but would some of the neck muscles build up in strengthen the closer to the upper chest it gets? Thatβs more my own opinion though.
Keep up the great work and I hope your wall project goes well. Wish I could have driven five hours south to paint on it. =^_^=
