Fighting Technique:
Ramona uses a combination of strength, agility, and fearlessness when she hunts, and her strategy tends to be simply charging into the fray without hesitation and taking down anything that stands between her and victory-- the lynx is typically able to wipe an entire mob out by herself, this way. That being said, her main weapon is a kusarigama , and she uses it in a variety of ways during missions.
However, Mona is very adaptable; if she is unable to use her kusarigama, she'd be more than capable with any other type of weapon, or even a makeshift one in tight situations. This assists her in fighting with partners, as she can easily tweak her fighting style to match theirs, if need be, letting her to be very good at fighting with another lynx.
