Rainbow Dash would prefer to not be dressed in such spiffing attire, but Fluttershy insisted. And no pony says no to Fluttershy.I have no idea how to shade Rainbow Dash's mane and it is ridiculous.

Of course the Lady Pinkie will be assisting us with preparations! She was never one to be absent for a gathering of jolly peers. It seems as though Miss Dash was persuaded by Miss Fluttershy. I do hope there will be enough tea for all in attendance!

It must be because I'm tired, but at first the bowtie on Dappershy looked like a pipe that she kept for safekeeping in her hair. I... I don't know why.
I wouldn't know how to shade Dash's hair, either.
