While I did enjoy the movie, it kinda left me with some questions. Like, how and where did the Storm King find Tempest after she ran away from home, after that whole Ursa Minor incident that left her scarred? And how did she become his second-in-command after he took her in?

Honestly I have the same problem. I've liked the movie but it felt like a one long (and good) MLP episode.
If it goes 'bout Tempest Horse a.k.a Fizzlepop Berrytwist - I heard more info can be found in the prequel compics books which I haven't oppurtinity to read, and probably never will... :/
