I have a book that's full of Arakawa sketches, and I think it really smacks of that.
For some weird reason when i look at this pic I keep thinking about a vampire knight pic that had the vk characters Yuuki, Kaname, and Zero in it, postioned pretty much like this and the outfits of Al and Winter remind of the guy's uniforms. Maybejust by 6:00 morning brain over working though. XD

After reading your own comment I started to read those katakanas and I think the ''tsu'' signs in their names
should be a little bit smaller compaired to the other signs n_n I think you know what I mean xDD
