If Sara was born a year before Naruto and her and Naruto knew each other this is another pairing I would like or if the this was Sara's daughter.

Yeah. Naruto and Sara click pretty well. Naruto and Sara seem like it could happen. One thing I do know is Naruto had a better chance getting girls outside his village. The Hyuga clan seems like they practice incese as they look alike.

I thought old already after 19 Years, how old is she 30?

Chronologically ; if I do the math , she would be 20 years older than Naruto :
16 years old = Naruto the lost tower
36-37 years old = Naruto Shippuden
39 years old = Naruto The Last
( She would be technically dead at the time of Naruto )
I prepared a page of Sara's daughter ( because I think , like many people , that she is the daughter of Naruto and Sara , born because of a time paradox ) : her appearance would be technically the same as that of film ( when we see it at the end ) .
However I found a simple but effective way to correct the time paradox from which it came without having to kill she .
