Description From a traditional Nursery Rhyme : [link]

One for sorrow,
Two for joy,
Three for a girl,
Four for a boy,
Five for silver,
Six for gold,
Seven for a secret,
Never to be told,
Eight for a wish,
Nine for a kiss
Ten for a bird
You must not miss.

A family of Magpies being hooligans..

So what's 15? I once saw 15 Magpies gathered together in a field! Or do I just start the rhyme again?

I like magpies. They have a nerve, full of cheek. I like corvids full stop. I met a guy recently, just on the street with a crow on his shoulder. He told me the story how it came to live there and I said will you let it go at some point, and he said its free to go whenever it likes. Fair comment!
