There can be no fantasy questing without the iconic lady elf mage... well here she is, or at least the start of her. Her sleeves and boots aren't "conforming" at the moment, but I probably need to spend the time to make her something more fancy anyways.

She's a bit uptight in the sense that she is very confident in herself and requires a lot from others to garnish any of her respect. She likes to look her best, but not in the sense that she's vane, but in the sense she wants to let those around her know she expects their respect.

Her present is a guise for her past, which she conceals and no one knows of. Born to her parents as Luena, she is multiracial; her father a human, her mother a wood elf. As a result, she did not fit in well with either culture. Her characteristics are more that of her human half. Her size is not small like that of a wood elf, but more that of a human woman, which allows her to more easily blend more into human culture... when she chooses to.

When she was younger however, understanding how to fit in was not a skill she had. Finding frustration trying to live in "crude" human culture and being teased for her "large" structure by the wood elf culture, she left home at a young age. She eventually found herself among the high-elves, where she had them believe she was an "orphan" named Mara, and convinced them she didn't know any more of her name then that. She was later adopted by high-elf parents, taking their surname Amarua, raised as a high-elf and apprenticed in the magical arts, where she earned the title Starslinger.

While she loves her real parents very much and wishes she could see them, to tell them.... her being a high-elf is her most guarded secret... one that no one knows.

This is the first quick renders of concept for Starslinger Mara-Amarua... she needs more cloths still, but I didn't figure anyone complain at this point.
