Starfleet thinks that the Zenterprise-A was scrapped, well, it isn't not by a long shot. After she was in drydock to be decomissioned, two Ironami Class Tractor Tugs came to it, they hailed the drydock to release the Zenterprise-A so they can "scrap" her, they of course failed to take into account that both tugs warp signntures were masked, USS Rupture (NXC-105) and USS Slave (NXC-106) that were disguised as the USS Dommel (NCC-501) and USS Goer (NCC-610) towed the Z-A to "scrap" but it was actually Mars, base to Section 31 itself. When they brought the Z-A in they docked her and began to change her.

June 17th 2291, the USS Enzhien (Honor Class [Excelsior-Based]) was doing a patrol of the Klingon-Federation Boarder, until their Navigation Officer saw some strange readings behind them, but at a distance, then it disappeared and reappeared but 2x closer than last time, one officer noted the ship's outline looked identical to a Kongo Refit, it disappeared again and reappeared again but this time directly on her Bow, before this Kongo fired a torpedeo to disable the Enzhiem temporarally they saw the registry said "1771-A" then it warpped out, the last thing the Enzhiem heard was a dark boom of the Zuel leaving.
