She is a quarrelsome person with a short temper, so se can easily get into trouble with someone. But she can deal with it alone, do not worry. She, as a spoiled single daughter, are used to get everything that she wants, no matter what it cost, she want it, she'll get it. If it have a easier way, better. She is a very vain person, so it's very common to see herbuying new clothes or the new fashion brand, the more expensive, better.
However, she is a very kind person to who she considers a friend, always ready to help, even if the helping methods can make the person a little... awkward.
She likes to flirt people. However, she never got long romantic relationship with men, cuz usually they want her body, so she do the same with them: Only stay with him because of his appearance. With woman, she discovered a few years that her relationships with woman tends to be more healthier when it's with a girl, and she tends to fell in love romantically more frequently with girls. However, she stills have that terrible habit to also choose the girls by their looking.

History:
She is the only child of a wealthy family, and she was a very spoiled one. Her parents wanted her to be a renowned pokemon trainer, and even gave her a Shiny special Pichu. When they moved to Johto, when she was 14, She indeed went on a pokemon journey, but she gave up on being a outstanding trainer, because she dislike the pressure that they parents put on her. So she just decided to live her life at her own. As a trainer, she is pretty average, but she fell in love with Pokeathlon. So, when sho got around 6 badges, she just began to be a pokeathlete trainer, Training pokemon just to compete on there. She was good on what she was doing.
Years after, however, she got bored of the Pokeathlon thing, and she wanted more excitement on her life, but didn't know what.
One day, she decided to call to an old "friend" (Like, her childhood neightbor, actually) and asked how are teh things on Sinnoh. He said that he was having trouble with a girl and then, suddenly, Silvia thought that this maybe could be the excitement on her life that she was searching: to solve romantic problems (It wasn't a romantic problem, but she tought it was). She was dissapointed to know that the "Problem" is actually a depressive girl that he couldn't deal by himself. But she still she thought that this maybe is actually a romantic problem, because of how worried he was. So she tried her best.
She didn't liked to help that "friend of the friend" at first, but she got fond of that girl with time. Maybe that girl needed some excitement on her life too. So she decided that what she wants is to live her life at the fullest, and decided to travel around places that she find beutiful and wanted to bring that girl even if it's by force and even if the girl aren't next to her everytime and both had your own journey. Bringing the girl is her way to help.
In alola, she got back her interest on pokemon battles due her crush on Olivia.

-She is RICH, but most of the money that she got is by selling things that she won on pokeathlon. Her parents still give her some money.
-She was meant to be the opposite of Quarbie (Even physically- She is very tall, while Quarbie is short)
- As a treiner, she is pretty average.
- Even if doesn't look, she is kinda strong. Enough to not lost most of her Hand in hand fights.
- She have romantic interest on Olivia but it's Unrequited. However, Olivia considers her a very good friend
- She had a mega keystone and a scrizorite, but she never succeed on mega evolving her pokemon without the same going on a berserk mode. So she got rid of Scizorite and gave the keystone to someone else.

Lost her wings in a fight when it was a little schyter. She is most always aggressive, and rarely trusts in anyone. Actually, she can, but Sugar Bell enters on a Berserk mode and doesn't obey. It's her strongest pokemon.
