I have a theory: Tali actually speaks English, but Kal'Reegar doesn't; he uses the translator built into his helmet. A lot of Quarians doing this would explain why they don't have accents. The members of the Admiralty Board? They probably arsed themselves to learn the language of the newest Citadel race. ^^

I have watched Firefly and I have just started Mass Effect. My older brother made me play. I suck thus far but I have been getting better.

When I first heard the English voice-over I thought the Quairans sounded like a mixture of the Russian and Italian Mafia. Espacially Tali did sound like she´d just jumped of a train from Kaliningrad. But yay to Adam Baldwin ^^
