Microwave Mug Pizza
Prep Time: 5 min | Cook Time: 1 min | Total Time: 6 min | Serves: 1 person
Ingredients
- 4 tbs All Purpose Flour
- 2 pinches Baking Powder
- 1 pinch Baking Soda
- 2 pinches Tsp Salt
- 3 tbs Milk
- 1 tbs Vegetable Oil or Olive Oil
- 1 tbs Marinara Sauce
- 2 tbs Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Toppings of your choice
- 1/2 tsp Italian Herbs (basil and/or oregano)

Instructions
1. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt in microwavable mug.
(you may also use a separate bowl to avoid scratching the mug)
2. Combine milk and oil to the mixture and stir several times. Slight lumps are ok.
3. Spread sauce over the surface of the batter evenly.
4. Sprinkle cheese, herbs and toppings over the sauce.
5. Microwave for 1 minute - 1 minute 40 seconds, or until cheese is bubbling
6. Let the sauce cool for a moment and enjoy!

Ingredient Alternatives
- Use garlic Parmesan sauce, bbq or alfredo sauce in place of marinara sauce.
- For Lactose intolerance use lactose-free milk in place of regular milk.
- For Lactose intolerance or healthier alternative use extra veggies or toppings with a drizzle of olive oil, daiya vegan cheese or smoked tofu in place of cheese.
