Ah the strange things that we tend to miss...

I only miss snow covered lots and snowy days when we get a winter without any.

I only know how it feels to be tall in my tall heels. Cody is still taller though, even with the help.

You are too cute.

Hey, that's where I live. Where were you?

we drove to cripple creek and it was too crowded (ice festival) so we just hung out in colorado springs.

i have no idea where we were in that specific photograph. we had driven in from new mexico and had to drive through many tiny little towns in the middle of nowhere before we saw any city.

Whew - those mountains can sure dance. And they look great in jeans.

you are so beautifully proportioned, you could be any height. I promise myself I will not envy that. I noticed ti in a photo of you and j. interesting.

o why thank you.
we were in a bar in new mexico and two drunk guys had a bet for how tall we were (they thought j. was shorter and i was taller for some reason, haha.)

I wonder ... do you feel tall? What does tall feel like? I mean, sometimes I feel very tall and it is a very powerful feeling; sometimes it is a gawky feeling. And then sometimes I do not feel tall at all. I don't mean it's relative. I mean it's internal.

And it is not important ... honestly ... except for the same size skin fix!

ah, i call it getting "the warm," (which j. always has. you have to smoosh your head into his chest to get the best warm).

i guess i feel tall. especially when trying to buy pants. or when i am with my female friends, haha. but when i am just walking around with j. i get to feel little (and little is something i never got to feel very much. you feel protected and cared for, honestly).

Yup. That is what being littler means to me. My mom was 4'11" ... and being taller than her was really symbolic for knowing I was more powerful. That is really scary to a 10 year old! But that was long ago ... and far away. Bob is just right taller and, yes much warmer!
Now I have the pants hassles too so I only wear jeans and leggings. And NY and Co. has small shirts that are long enough for my arms even in small. It gets easier; maybe I became less interested in looking like everyone else (translate=short)
