hmm... I use pen and air brush in this pic, it's not really a specially technique, I only paint by my feeling , is not really good now but I believe it can improve day by day ( or not LOL)

that is definitely technique....and a good one.... when i use it the picture comes out like garbage haha (cell shading is easier for me to be honest...but omg i need to make my own style)
